Simple Pleasures

I am truly feeling a bit weepy lately.  I am not sure if it is just the long winter in Northern Illinois, the lack of sunshine, God's amazing Love and provision, hormones, or a combination of all of the above!

When I saw this Link up..........

I knew this was exactly what my soul needed today.

Some of the things that bring me the simplest pleasure, are the words and symbols I surround  my family, and myself with.  They remind us of who we are, who we belong to, how we should live, what we most value, and what we believe...........

Edifying words are a simple pleasure.

Blessings!  <3 Paula

  2. I'm a huge lover of words. Just one word, rightly placed and rightly timed can mean so much to me. I like your method of decorating and covering your home with edifying words.

And I LOVE that quote around the key in the frame. Excellent!

This was a great simple pleasure. I hope you bring another one to the party next week! Whenever I start visiting the SP party posts, I always... ALWAYS... start feeling better. It literally gets my spirit lifted for the weekend.

Sounds silly, but it really does the trick.
